Smiling is a decision
It happens to all of us that when we see a newborn baby smile, it immediately causes us an effect of joy and tenderness. It is a truly unavoidable reaction.
When we are born we have the innate ability to smile, it is not something we learn but something we all bring.
However, with the passage of time, as we grow older, we forget it. Sometimes due to illness, bereavement, a breakup, economic situations, or simply out of dissatisfaction, we put aside one of the greatest virtues that we should never lose.

People who smile frequently are not those who have no problems, but those who have the ability to see beyond obstacles, turning trials into challenges that they decide to win, that they decide to conquer.
A day never repeats itself, so every morning is an opportunity to start again, giving us the possibility to change things, to empower ourselves with our feelings, to overcome our fears, and if we fall, to get up and try again.

We can change our life by changing our attitude towards it. Both happiness and smiling is a decision.
