Smiling is a decision

Smile is a decision - Smile For All

It happens to all of us that when we see a newborn baby smile, it immediately causes us an effect of joy and tenderness. It is a truly unavoidable reaction.

When we are born we have the innate ability to smile, it is not something we learn but something we all bring.

However, with the passage of time, as we grow older, we forget it. Sometimes due to illness, bereavement, a breakup, economic situations, or simply out of dissatisfaction, we put aside one of the greatest virtues that we should never lose.

A smile has an unimaginable power, a smile, whether genuine or not, illuminates the face, encourages us to continue living, allows us to see the days with color, opens doors, helps us connect with the people around us, makes us enjoy the big and small details of life, the day to day.

People who smile frequently are not those who have no problems, but those who have the ability to see beyond obstacles, turning trials into challenges that they decide to win, that they decide to conquer.

A day never repeats itself, so every morning is an opportunity to start again, giving us the possibility to change things, to empower ourselves with our feelings, to overcome our fears, and if we fall, to get up and try again.

Life is good, and the mere fact of waking up every morning makes us fortunate. Let's not worry about the things we can change, let's take care of the things we can improve. There are situations or things that cannot be changed, but we must simply accept them, understand them in order to move forward.

We can change our life by changing our attitude towards it. Both happiness and smiling is a decision.
