I was attempting to have some dental work done at Nova Southeast University here in Florida. I would have an appointment, they would do some tests, and give me another appointment two or three weeks later. This went on for months and I was getting nothing done. Then a friend told me that another friend had had work done in Costa Rica at Sonrisa para Todos and was very satisfied, so I got in contact with Sonrisa para Todos and ended up spending a week in San Jose. In that time I had, x-rays, an evaluation, a root canal, a cleaning, and 8 crowns installed, all done efficiently and expertly as far as I can tell. I was also given a lecture about how to maintain my teeth correctly which in my case included buying and using a waterpik daily. All this was done a few months ago, and I've had no problems with my teeth and feel as if I have a mouth of a twenty-year-old. Will it feel this way a year or two from now? I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I plan to go back every year for an evaluation and maintenance. Can I find anything to complain about? Well, San Jose is not the most beautiful city in the world, but if you do go, don't miss the pre-Columbian gold exhibit at the museum. It's magnificent.

What can I say about Sonrisa para Todos Costa Rica except that they go above and beyond the call of duty. Initially I went because a good friend had made plans to go, so I thought why not get a vacation and get a dental check up. Once the check up was made, they showed me where I had gingivitis and a root canal. As soon as all of this was explained to me plans were immediately implemented to correct my situation. In three short sessions they had completed my treatment. They even made it to where I could enjoy my vacation, food and all. I also want to mention that I live in the U.S. The price that I spent going to Sonrisa para Todos Costa Rica and having this vacation was less expensive than just getting my dental work done in the States. I also have to happily state that the whole team at Sonrisa para Todos Costa Rica are very professional, kind, and caring. Always checking in for my comfort. My son and I have each benefited substantially from the very profession services of Sonrisa Para Todos. First, instead of waiting months, we were scheduled for almost immediate access. Second, the craftsmanship was excellent and provided natural, healthy appearance. Most importantly, our dental appliances are very well fit and this results in extremely effective function. The fact that the cost of the procedures was a mere fraction of what we might have had to pay is just icing on the cake. The only downside is that now we do not have a medical reason to return. Fortunately, the warm and friendly treatment we received from Dr. Bonilla and his staff created friendships that we look forward to renewing whenever we are in Costa Rica. Dear Diana Hope all is well with you, Dr., Bonilla and the entire staff. Giving a recommendation for Sonrisa para Todos is the easiest decision I have made in a long time. As you know I was referred to Sonrisa para Todos by a friends here in the United Stats. They had done extensive research regarding dental care outside the United States and even traveled to Costa Rica. After a few false starts with other dental clinics they settled on Sonrisa para Todos. The prices I was quoted in Colorado for implants was way over what I was willing to pay so I decided to give Sonrisa para Todos a shot. From the initial contact and scheduling to the completed implants the service was not only impeccable but very friendly but also professional. As a lawyer I have had decades of experience with other professionals. As you know because of my wife's cancer and many surgical procedures personally and the fact that one daughter is a very successful physician and my other daughter is married to an equally successful physician I also have the experience to evaluate medical and dental professionals. Beginning with the initial contact and scheduling the service was impeccable and extremely excellent. The clinic has all of the various disciplines and equipment necessary for complete dental treatment and care all the way from licensed dentists in addition to Dr Bonilla, an oral surgeon, a complete lab, drivers, CT scan expertise and all the other requirement for complete care. The equipment was state of the art. The staff was extremely cordial and even helped with non-dental needs such as the day trip in Costa Rica you arranged for me. The implants are perfect and I have experienced no issues or problems and they are even more of an improvement over dentures than I expected. I initially chose Sonrisa para Todos in part because of the extensive cost savings over US dentists. Even if the treatment was equally expensive as the US I would still use Sonrisa para Todos for anything other than routine dental care. In short I think (and have told friends and acquaintances) that anyone who doesn't use Sonrisa para Todos for other than routine dental care is making a serious and expensive mistake. My wife Cathy and I have had a long term doctor patient relationship with Dr. Bonilla. Since early 2008 when we both had extensive work done at Sonrisa para Todos Dental Group. Throughout that time Cathy has had zero problems with her teeth and I only had a rear molar rot under my bridge that required extraction and the placement of an implant with three crown bridge. The only charge I received was for the implant which is about a quarter of the cost here in the U.S., the rest was on warranty. We have recommended and accompanied at least a half dozen close friends to the dental group to have their work done without a problem. Everyone that has gone has been very surprised at how advanced and professional Sonrisa para Todos is, and amazed at how much they saved by going. Milena, the doctors coordinator has walked us through our trips without fail. She will walk you through every step from airline reservations, ground transportation from the airport , and for appointments, hotel reservations (at their discounted price), to reservations and advice on things to see and do in beautiful Costa Rica. They honestly go out of their way to accommodate your needs for appointments and comfort. Costa Rica has become a vacation destination for us so we enjoy going with our friends when they need work. Recently I noticed many dental groups popping up here in the States utilizing the advanced methods that Dr Bonilla has performed for over 15 years . However there are a couple of differences, 60% to 75% price savings, and the work is being performed very quickly while vacationing in Paradise . Oh yes I forgot to mention , medical vacations can be 100% tax deductible.

Me and my friend was talking about dental work. My friend said to me that he has a dentist that he goes to in Costa Rica. He suggested that I go to Sonrisa para Todos Dentist. I asked him what was good about the dentist there, he said take a look at my smile. I said good work , a week later I Sonrisa para Todos , I talked with the receptionist Diana. I told her some of the work I needed to get done, she emailed me a brochure of the dental prices, Diana also stated that when you are ready to visit, Sonrisa para Todos we will pick you up from the airport and take you the hotel and bring you to the dentist. I said okay that’s fine, I’ll be in touch. I called Diana in March I told her I will be there in two weeks. I sent her the arrival and return dates, she made reservations for the hotel as well. When I arrived in Costa Rica, there was a driver at the airport holding up a sign with my name on it. He said he works for Sonrisa para Todos and was there to bring me to the hotel and to dentist. He was very friendly, he took me to the dentist first, that is where I met all of the dental staff members, they welcomed me to Sonrisa para Todos. Afterward they took X-rays of my teeth. The doctor showed me the X-rays he said what would you like done. I told him that my wisdom teeth have been bothering me for months and I wanted three implants, he said when you get implants there are two stages for the implants, you will need to return in six months after putting the first part of implants in. My first experience with the dentist was excellent in Costa Rica. What I like about the service at all times the employees were very professional, they asked are you feeling okay. Doctor said it’s only going to take thirty minutes for the first service, I said really doctor? I was very amazed that it took half an hour. I had to come back in two days for teeth cleaning. The dental assistant that was cleaning my teeth was very gentle, I liked that. I didn’t need to catch Uber to the dentist because they provided service to and from. The dentist said they needed to a final X-ray. After the X-ray Dorctor said everything looks good. I was very happy about my service at the dentist before I left Costa Rica

On a referral from a friend, I went to have an evaluation done with Dr. Bonilla. Really was a great decision and I am very happy with the work done. Very professional bi-lingual staff, state-of-the-art equipment and very competitive prices. They did in less than 2 weeks what would have taken 2 months in the USA and at a much lower cost.
