How many hours a day should I wear the aligners?
For the best results, the aligners should be worn 20 to 22 hours a day. They are only removed to eat, drink colored beverages and perform oral hygiene.
Does the treatment hurt?
It is normal to feel slight pressure during the first days with each new aligner. This feeling is temporary and usually disappears in 1 or 2 days. There are no metals or wires to irritate the soft tissues.
Can I eat and brush normally?
Yes. The aligners are removable, so you can take them out to eat without any restrictions and brush your teeth completely normally. Just remember to put them back in after oral hygiene.
How long does Zero Brackets treatment take?
